Slayer Codex and Sunken Pyramid (Player-Owned Dungeon).Forinthry bracelet can make revs unaggresive for 1 hour per charge. Ooglog boost salt spring boost (which can now be bottled) or surefooted aura, can help provide immunity from morrigan's axes spec which drains run energy. Keep player attack options set to right click, or hidden, so you don't accidentally skull on a pker. Clear headed is a decent standalone perk, but reflexes perk alone can be actively hamful because it just lowers the cd/duration of anticipation. Clear headed and reflexes can be a really nice perk combination for an extended duration anticipation, and a lower cooldown. Don't forget to bring your emblem to your tasks. Mobile is a very nice perk to help escaping from pkers. (It works most of the time, but occasionally I've seen it not work and there's always the chance that a pker is using camo pots) No longer works. There is an a lt1 addon that can spot white dots for you. (I was unhappy to learn that fremmy equipment patches will protect over a crystal halberd). Check your "items protected on death" before entering the wilderness and check it again after getting a wildy slayer-specific drop. If you get teleblocked, being revived with immortality's effect will clear teleblock. If you eat a brew or jellyfish before the food, you won't be able to eat the food for a second or two. This lets you heal a massive 2300+1000+750 in one "bite" healing you for over 4k health. Eat food in the order of food first, then brew/jellyfish. Gorajian mushroom's effect is not strong enough to merit bringing it instead of an extra rocktail. (If you are going to forget you have these, don't bother bringing them over an extra piece of food) However you CAN drink brews if you manually click them from your inventory. While stunned, you can't eat, and you can't drink brews by using a keybind. I like to keep ~2 portents of restoration for some healing that works even if you're stunned. You're risking an emblem that can take 1+ hours to replace so its definitely worth bringing good food, brews, and your best beast of burden. If you are teleblocked or in a too deep level of wilderness turn on the appropriate protection prayers, use anticipate (or freedom if you're bound), and then start running towards the wilderness wall using surge/barge when available.ĭo use freedom to: clear binds, threshold stuns(where you might get koed), and a movement-slaughter.ĭo not use freedom to: clear other bleeds, or basic stuns, or preemptively give yourself immunity from stuns. Personally I went out of my way to get duplicate pieces of the specific slayer helm components and just used those during my tasks.

It's up to you if you want to use a slayer helm. If you don't have access to anything better, you can't go wrong by just using some of quest point trials armour. However, once you reach a higher tier of emblem, I recommend using higher defence gear like elder rune/banite/ports gear, to better protect your emblem from pkers.

Wear whatever other cheap gear you are willing to loose. If you're one one of the few tasks that require those rings for a boost (lava strykes) then you can just use an enhanced luck potion instead. Don't bother bringing a ring of fortune or lotd here. Ring of wealth: This gives a nice teleport up to level 30 wildy. (Although this doesn't synergize well with contracts, because they will still require kills equal to your original slayer task size) Glove slot: A headhunters sacrifice (enchanted opal bracelet) has a chance for 1 kill to count as 2 kills towards your slayer task, effectively speeding up all of your tasks. The only exception to this is you should be using a salve amulet(e) for revenant tasks.

Necklace slot: You should use a phoenix necklace because it heals you 30% lifepoints if you drop below 20% lifepoints.
